5. Download Instructions

Step 1: Complete Payment

After adding products to cart, proceed to checkout and complete the payment using your preferred method (UPI, Card, Net Banking).

Step 2: Access Download Links

Upon successful payment:

• You will be redirected to the Order Success page
• Download links will be displayed on screen
• An email with download links will be sent to your registered email

Step 3: Download Your eBooks

• Click on the download link for each product
• The PDF file will start downloading automatically
• Save the file to your device
• You can download each product up to 5 times

• Verify you haven't exceeded 5 downloads

Issue: Email not received

• Check spam/junk/promotions folder
• Add info@moneymentordigital.com to your contacts
• Verify the email address used during checkout
• Contact support with your Order ID

Issue: File won't open

• Ensure you have a PDF reader installed
• Try downloading again (file may be corrupted)
• Try opening on a different device
• Contact support if the file appears damaged

9. Order Tracking

For digital products, traditional order tracking is not applicable. However, you can:

• View your order status on the Order Success page
• Check your email for order confirmation and download links
• Contact us with your Order ID for any queries

10. Failed Delivery

If you face issues accessing your purchased products:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase
2. Provide your Order ID and describe the issue
3. We will resend download links or provide alternative access
4. If the issue is from our end, download limits may be reset
